Road Safety, Regulations for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents, the National Agency and the Road Safety Observatory, the new Specialized Technicians in Road Safety, Safer Vehicles, Pre-hospital Care, Compulsory Insurance and Victim Care.
Two invited countries: Spain, which has achieved great achievements in Road Safety (less than 1,200 deaths per year, with a vehicle fleet similar to that of Mexico), and the Dominican Republic, which launched the National Road Safety Plan two years ago by decree Presidential.
