VTEQ has finished installing the first private Vehicle Inspection Center in Malawi.

AUTOTEC inspection center will operate in the city of Lilongwe, capital of Malawi, authorized and approved by the Malawi Bureau of standards and the Department of Road Traffic And Safety Services.

The solution provided includes some of the latest VTEQ developments, specially in the section of systems and software, taken into consideration the state of the local vehicle fleet and also an interesting number of possibilities for future improvements that will ensure the Malawi's Vehicle Inspection system being adapt to the needs, always enjoying an updated and last generation solution. The different test performed are: vehicle certification, brakes testing, steering, exhaust emissions testing and headlights aligner.

Similar facilities will be established during the coming months in the country thereby covering the required need.
